Acceptable use policy
These rules protect patients, pharmacists, and the integrity of prescription records.

These pages are written for a UK private prescription delivery service. They are not legal advice. Complete the company, ICO, and contact details in the legal settings and have a healthcare solicitor and Data Protection Officer sign them off before go-live.
1. You must not
- Upload a prescription that is not yours, or that you are not authorised to send.
- Alter, forge, or reuse a prescription that has already been dispensed.
- Create an account for someone else without their authority.
- Attempt to access staff consoles, other patients’ data, or the server.
- Upload malware, or scrape the site in a way that overloads it.
- Use the service to obtain medicines unlawfully.
- Harass staff or send abusive messages.
2. What we may do
We may refuse an order, suspend an account, keep records, and report suspected crime or professional concerns to the police, the GPhC, or the prescriber. See also the Terms of service and Safeguarding policy.
